Email Customer when Rescheduling
Description: When an admin or staff member reschedules a customer’s appointment, the system should automatically send an email notification to the customer with the updated appointment details (date, time, service, staff member if applicable). Requirements: Email should include both the original appointment details and the new rescheduled details for clarity. Email template should be customizable in the admin panel. Email should be triggered instantly after rescheduling. Option to toggle this feature on/off in settings. Benefit: This ensures customers are always informed of changes to their bookings, reducing no-shows and miscommunication.

City Field
I’d like to request a feature enhancement for the city selection field in [platform/system name]. Currently, it only allows choosing from a drop-down list. It would be much more convenient if we could manually type the name of the city instead, with the option for autocomplete or free-text entry. This change would: Save time when selecting cities, especially for long lists. Help in cases where the desired city is not in the current drop-down list. Improve accessibility and user experience.

I noticed that when a non-signed-in customer tries to book an appointment and is required to register an account, they are not redirected back to the service page after completing the registration process. Instead, they are taken to their customer panel. It would be better if: 1. After completing the registration process, the customer is redirected back to the booking page. 2. A guest booking option is available.
